State and Regional Cooperative Councils
State and regional cooperative councils fill a diversity of roles, depending on the needs of their member cooperatives. All provide information about the cooperative business model and education for cooperative boards of directors and management teams. Each year the USDA Cooperative Business Services publishes a Directory of cooperatives in the United States and compiles a Statistical Report of economic activity of agricultural cooperatives.
