Mission of the Cooperative Enterprise Program (CEP)

The Cornell Cooperative Enterprise Program (CEP) provides engaging educational opportunities to enhance decision making skills and build networks of present board members, management teams, and employees and persons who aspire to become cooperative leaders resulting in co-op enterprises that are well-lead, meet the needs of member-owners and employees, achieve long-term financial success, and strengthen the communities in which they conduct business.
